An OFCCP bench audit was going very badly. The company did a significant amount of government business and failure to successfully comply meant that this business would be removed from the property. The OFCCP had been given bad information and no one at the property understood what needed to be done.

We rapidly learned the process as well as the mistakes the property was making. We built rapport with the OFCCP Investigator and ultimately put a plan together ensuring that data was finally accurate, meeting with the OFCCP's approval. We put together an appropriate 18-month plan and entered into a conciliation agreement restoring the company to full compliance with the OFCCP and all Affirmative Action requirements.
