HOTEL MANAGEMENT TRANSFER ACHIEVED WITHIN 30 DAYS
Large urban hotel in Pittsburgh was being transitioned from one chain to another. The property was almost 100 years old and cultural transformation would be difficult due to the age and longevity of the staff and former company. The transition period was also less than 30 days.
Fully transitioned HRIS systems, benefits systems and fully acclimated employees to the new culture showing them the benefits of the new ownership. Recruited and employed a new and stronger HR staff and filled all key Executive Management positions with top company talent. Achieved a seamless transition that placed the property more strongly in the marketplace both from an employment brand and also as the most sought after property in the city for consumers.
The property transitioned effectively and rapidly with little to no issues within 30 days.
