The company VP and Managing Director wanted to provide an employee "Extreme Home Makeover" contest in an effort to boost employee morale and give back to the employee population. There was no process in place for doing so, so all processes had to be created, funds and timeline secured and essentially a program needed to be built from the ground up.

Put together a detailed action plan and timeline including a kick-off, the process for applying and being accepted, a communications program and the work stream that ultimately needed to be done. Assembled a strong team and kept team on track with required assignments. Also choreographed and personally created a video similar to what's seen on TV to be played at the full reveal for the entire employee population.

The campaign ultimately was the winner for the AH&LA's national award for best one time community service event.
